Why should I Buy from Homelegance Furniture?

Where do you Ship?

We ship throughout the United States.  We do not ship to Puerto Rico, Canada, Hawaii, or Alaska.  We also can ship your product to a US based freight forwarder if you are shipping outside the United States.

How long will it take to get my order?

In stock items ship out 5-7 business days.  Arrival time is usually 1 to 4 weeks.  We will provide you with an estimated ship date when your order is placed and keep you up to date on your order status.  In the event your items are not in stock we will contact you with an ETA on your items.

Do you Charge Sales Tax?

We do not collect any taxes, except in the state of New York.

How will my order arrive?

Your items will ship two ways

  1. UPS, FedEx, or LTL(less than truckload) for smaller items that don’t qualify for Delivery & Assembly like lamps, coffee tables and similar items in size.  However, the customer is responsible for bringing the products into the home and assembling if it is necessary
  2. White Glove Delivery & Assembly, for larger items like Living rooms, Bedrooms, Wall-units, and Dining rooms.

How do I track my order?

If your items qualify for UPS, FedEx, or LTL (less then truckload) you will be given a tracking number by email.  For larger items that ship via truck, you will receive a phone call to work out shipping details.

What if my order arrives damaged?

In the event your item(s) arrive damaged, please save the original packaging notify us and the shipping company immediately. Damages to shipped items must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported to us immediately.  Depending on the damage we will arrange a full replacement, replacement parts or have a technician come out for a repair.

If the product is refused and damages are noted on the delivery receipt we will send out a replacement or necessary parts to correct the problem.  If you the customer does not allow us Homelegance Furniture to send a replacement or correct the problem and want to cancel the order, you the customer will be required to pay a 20% restocking fee and shipping charges.  Homelegance Furniture is not responsible for any damage reports after 24 hours of arrival.  Customer will also agree to allow Homelegance Furniture, the manufacturer or shipping company to the opportunity to remedy the damage or defect. The customer also agrees to accept the remedy selected by Homelegance Furniture or the shipping company.  Remedies may include, but not limited to repair by a professional furniture repair technician, part replacements, both repair and part replacements, or a full unit replacement, all at no cost to the customer. If only a portion of your shipment is damaged and you refuse to allow Homelegance Furniture, the manufacturer or Homelegance Furniture's shipping Company the opportunity to remedy the situation, then please note you do have the option to return the entire order and you will be refunded the purchase less a 20% restocking fee and shipping fees. Homelegance Furniture will not be held responsible for any in-home floors, walls or any other damages caused by our delivery agents.

 

What is your Return Policy?

We are committed to your satisfaction first and foremost, and we want to help you have the best possible shopping experience. We recognize that sometimes an item may not meet your needs, was not what you had hoped for, or simply does not fit with your decor or space. If you are unsatisfied for any reason with your purchase, you can return or exchange it within 5 days of delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. A few of our vendors may be excluded from our return policy. Any exceptions are noted on the page of the item. Special orders where custom fabrics or colors are selected are non-refundable. Bedding and linens are also non-refundable and can't be exchanged. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us via email or phone for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). We ship items from multiple warehouses across the United States. Therefore, it is very important to contact us so we can provide the correct return warehouse address. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. All returns for any reason are subject to a 20% restocking fee. The restocking fee is only waived if there is an exchange for an item of equal value or greater, or a store credit. Return charges will still apply. Returns are only accepted in their original boxes and should be unassembled. Once an item has been assembled, it is no longer returnable but may still be exchanged.

 

What is your Cancellation policy?

As soon as the order is placed, we initiate the sequence of events which ultimately results in you receiving the product of your choice. Since all our products are custom ordered, at the very beginning of this sequence Homelegance Furniture and its respective customer become financially obligated to purchase and pay for the ordered product. We at Homelegance Furniture try to remain the most customer-friendly furniture website on the internet and will attempt to assist you in cancellation of your order. We will contact the manufacturer and make all the necessary arrangements, but unfortunately, even we are not able to cancel any orders which have been already prepared for shipment or actually shipped by the manufacturer. Please, note that even if the tracking number is not available to us or you at the time you request cancellation of your order; it might actually be already too late. We will contact you immediately after the manufacturer advises us of whether we can cancel your order or not. Throughout the ordering process, you will be prompted to check the box reading: "I agree in full to terms and conditions of sale by Homelegance Furniture". By checking this box you agree to accept in full all terms and conditions listed on Homelegance Furniture website including our Cancellation Policy and such acceptance will be in lieu of customer's legal signature. A 20% restocking/cancellation fee will be applied to canceled orders that are received by Homelegance furniture.

If your order has already shipped from the manufacturer, any cancellation will be considered a return. All items in a canceled order must be returned.  Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement without incurring any restocking fees or delivery costs.
